Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a skilled Catering Captain to join our higher education team at College of Saint Mary. You will oversee events from setup to breakdown and coordinate staff to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires at least three years in catering or hospitality, strong leadership and communication, and a proactive approach to training new associates. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour, onsite.

Qualifications

• Three years of catering, foodservice, or hospitality experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Solid knowledge of event execution from setup to wrap-up.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of events.
• Manage event staff and assign duties.
• Ensure courteous, prompt service for all event functions.
• Assist in recruiting and training new associates.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
