Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is hiring a Catering Captain to lead campus events at Mississippi Delta Community College. You will oversee setup, service, and breakdown, supervise staff, and ensure top-notch, timely service for all functions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in catering/hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to recruit and train new associates. This onsite role offers competitive hourly pay and room for growth within Elior Collegiate Dining.

Qualifications

The Role at a Glance:

We are looking for a skilled, experienced Catering Captain to join our higher education team. As a Catering Captain, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage catering events to ensure success from start to finish.
