Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a skilled Catering Captain to oversee on-site catering events at Mississippi Delta Community College. You will lead setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.

You will manage event staff, support recruitment and training, and uphold high standards of customer service and coordination with campus partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in catering, foodservice, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Solid knowledge of all aspects of event implementation.

The Role at a Glance:

We are looking for a skilled, experienced Catering Captain to join our higher education team. As a Catering Captain, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage catering events to ensure success from start to finish.

• Good knowledge of all aspects of event implementation.

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role

Compensation:

$14.75 per hour
