Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a skilled Catering Captain at the University of Wisconsin - Parkside to oversee and manage catering events from setup to breakdown. You will lead event staff, ensure courteous service, and uphold brand standards throughout each function.

Three or more years in catering or hospitality, strong leadership and communication, and knowledge of event execution are required. Prior supervisory experience is a plus and onsite work is expected.

What we’re looking for:

Must-haves:

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role.

Compensation:

• $22.50 per hour
