Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a skilled Catering Captain to join our Morgantown team at WVU Hatfields Downtown Catering. You will oversee and manage a catering event and ensure its success.

As a leader on event days, you’ll coordinate setup, service, and breakdown, supervise staff, and uphold courteous, prompt service in line with our guidelines.

Must have 3+ years in catering or hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid knowledge of all aspects of event execution.

• Minimum three years' experience in catering, foodservice, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Solid knowledge of all aspects of event execution and setup.

The Role at a Glance:
