Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Responsibilities include:

• Adhering to liquor laws regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Setting up bars, requisitioning and stocking supplies.
• Maintaining stock, preparing garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greeting guests courteously.
• Taking and processing drink orders, mixing and garnishing drinks.
• Checking IDs for guests.
• Detecting guest intoxication and acting accordingly.
• Handling cash, verifying charges, and recording transactions.
• Securing beverage products, food, equipment, and cash.
• Performing cleaning tasks to meet health standards.
• Arranging bottles and glasses attractively.
• Washing and sterilizing stemware.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
