Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Essential duties include:

1. Adhering to liquor laws regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests.
2. Setting up bars, requisitioning and stocking supplies.
3. Maintaining stock and preparing garnishes and perishables.
4. Greeting guests courteously.
5. Taking and processing drink orders, mixing and garnishing drinks.
6. Checking IDs for proper identification.
7. Detecting guest intoxication and acting accordingly.
8. Handling cash, verifying charges, and recording transactions.
9. Securing beverage products, cash, and equipment.
10. Keeping work area clean and organized.
11. Arranging bottles and glasses attractively.
12. Washing and sterilizing stemware.
13. Performing other duties as assigned.
