Job summary

The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, FL is seeking a Catering Bartender to join SSA Group’s team. You will help execute spectacular catering events, provide exceptional guest service, and contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Ideal candidates have bartending experience and strong interpersonal skills, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends. This position supports bar operations, setup, and event teardown at various venues.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Bartending experience or event industry background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming guest experiences at catering events.
• Oversee bar setup, inventory, and product levels during events.
• Fulfill guest needs quickly and resolve complaints effectively.
• Set up, execute, break down, and clean up bar areas per event requirements.
• Maintain safety by serving guests responsibly and upholding company policies.
