Job summary

The Florida Aquarium is hiring a Catering Associate to join our team for spectacular catering events and exceptional guest service in Tampa. You will help execute events, maintain quality and inventory, and ensure smooth setup, service, and teardown with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate to guests and leadership.
• Excelled problem solving/decision making skills and ability to stay organized.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for every guest and client.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of product.
• Fulfill guest needs quickly and resolve complaints effectively.
• Ensure proper setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of each catered event.
• Support back of the house, front of house and side work duties for overall productivity.
