Description

Ron Jaworski’s Downingtown Country Club has been a staple in Chester County as the premier golf, event, and wedding venue for more than 4 decades. We are seeking a well experienced catering bartender who is eager to grow with our team. You must be able to maintain a positive work atmosphere and thrive in high-volume / pressure situations.

The bartenders are integral to the guest experience and provide food & beverage services to the guests of the property the bartender will be processing orders and serving food & beverage items to customers ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.

As a catering bartender, you will be responsible for:

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware
• Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment
• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
• Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
• Come up with daily specials and ideas to increase revenues
• Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
• Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager
• Perform other duties as assigned
