Job summary

Levy is seeking a Catering Attendant to support NBA games, concerts, and internal/external events in Charlotte, NC. You will assist in daily operations, set up and serve at functions, and ensure accurate execution of events under supervision.

You will work on-site at various venues, handling food service, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety procedures. Training and opportunities for growth are available within Compass Group family.

Qualifications

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange decorations and tables with food and service items per standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Thoroughly clean location after event is completed.
• Return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering department.
• Distribute and collect guest comment cards for catered functions.
• Stock, clean and maintain catering department and equipment.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As the Catering Attendant you will assist in the daily operations of the Catering department for NBA games, Concerts and Internal/External events. Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the Catering Supervisor. Ensures the accurate execution of all events during his/her shift. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat and clean; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering department in a timely manner.
