CATERING ATTENDANT (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Catering Attendant positions at Owensboro Health, located at 1201 Pleasant Valley Road, Owensboro, KY 42303. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full and part-time; hours vary between 5:00 am - 8:00 pm. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: No experience necessary; willing to train!

Pay Range: $13.25 to $15.80 per hour.

Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision, ensuring the accurate execution of all events. May drive a catering delivery truck, set up and serve at functions, clean up, and return leftover food and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered events.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Prepares tables and decorations.
• Sets up buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Clears and cleans the event area post-event.
• Returns food, equipment, and utensils to the catering facility.
• Distributes and collects customer comment cards.
• Maintains catering facilities and equipment.
• Provides friendly and courteous service.
• Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
• Ensures a clean and safe work environment.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must obtain or possess a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by law.
