We are hiring immediately for a full-time CATERING ATTENDANT position.

Location: Key Bank - 4910 Tiedeman Road, Cleveland, OH 44144. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. More details provided during interview.

Requirements: Previous catering experience is required; catering captain experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. Ensures the accurate execution of all events during the shift. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions, cleans the event area during and after, breaks down setups, and returns leftovers and equipment to the catering facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions.
2. Logs and maintains food temperatures.
3. Arranges tables and decorations.
4. Sets up buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items.
5. Serves food and beverages to guests.
6. Cleans location after events.
7. Returns food, beverages, and equipment to the catering facility.
8. Distributes and collects customer comment cards.
9. Maintains catering facility and equipment.
10. Provides friendly, courteous service at all times.
11. Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
12. Ensures a clean and safe work environment.
13. Follows safety and sanitation policies.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must obtain or possess a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit as required by law.
