Join to apply for the CATERING ATTENDANT (FULL TIME) role at Morrison Healthcare.

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Catering Attendant position.

Location: Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center - 1000 Blythe Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28203. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Rotating weekends required. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior high-volume catering and customer service experience, or physician lounge food service experience, is required.

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. Ensures accurate execution of all events. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans up; returns leftover food and equipment in a timely manner.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered functions.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Prepares tables and decorations.
• Arranges buffet with food, beverages, and service items.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans location after events.
• Returns food, equipment, and utensils.
• Distributes and collects comment cards.
• Maintains catering facilities and equipment.
• Provides friendly, courteous service.
• Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
• Ensures a safe and clean work environment.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required; must obtain food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit if required by law.
