Job Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. Ensures accurate execution of all events. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; leaves the area neat and clean; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions.
2. Logs and maintains food temperatures.
3. Arranges tables and decorations.
4. Sets up buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items.
5. Serves food and beverages to guests.
6. Thoroughly cleans location after event.
7. Returns food, beverages, and equipment to catering facility.
8. Distributes and collects customer comment cards.
9. Stocks, cleans, and maintains catering facility and equipment.
10. Provides friendly, courteous service at all times.
11. Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
12. Ensures a clean and safe work environment.
13. Follows safety and sanitation policies.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by law.
