Job summary

Compass Group USA's Chartwells Higher Ed unit seeks a part-time Catering Attendant at the University of Redlands. You will deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under the catering captain, set up and break down events, and keep areas clean and organized for smooth service.

Open availability required; prior catering attendant experience and excellent customer service are preferred. Benefits include great benefits, same-day pay, free food, and paid vacation/holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior catering attendant and excellent customer service experience preferred.
• Open availability; part-time schedule; days and hours may vary.
• Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Drives a catering delivery truck if required.
• Sets up and serves at functions and cleans the area after events.
• Returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.
• Ensures guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
