Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Catering Attendant to deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. The role involves setting up, serving, and breaking down at events, with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

You may drive a catering delivery truck, and must maintain a clean, safe work area while following safety and sanitation policies. The position reports to the General Manager of Banquets.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or obtain a valid food handler's permit when required by state law.
• Alcohol servers' permit may be required where state law applies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Set up and decorate event spaces and buffet tables.
• Serve guests and ensure courteous service throughout the event.
• Clean and reset the location after events and return equipment.
