Qualifications

• Prior food service and catering experience is required.
• Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision of the catering captain.
• Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; returns leftovers to the facility promptly.
• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs temperatures, arranges tables/decorations, and services guests according to standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and follows sanitation policies.
