• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Serves food and beverages to guests and ensures courteous service.
• Cleans location after events and returns equipment to the facility.
• Drives catering delivery truck when required.
