Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time event catering wait staff at Carroll University in Waukesha, WI. Prior hospitality and food service experience is required; bartending experience is a plus. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $19.00 per hour with perks like free meals and uniforms.

Schedule varies; applications accepted online only. As part of campus catering, you will assemble, deliver, set up and serve food and beverages at on-premise and off-premise events,

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality and food service experience required.
• Bartending experience is a plus.
• Must meet applicable state and local health requirements for food handlers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Arrange tables and decorations.
• Set buffet tables with food and service items per standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Clean and pack dishes and utensils; return items after service.
• Maintain display food merchandising per standards.
• Open wine and take drink orders; serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Clean up venue after events and assist with closeout tasks.
