Job Summary

Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. Ensures all events are executed accurately. May drive a catering truck. Sets up, serves, cleans, and returns leftover food and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies.
• Logs food temperatures.
• Sets up tables and decorations.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Cleans after events.
• Returns equipment and leftover food.
• Distributes comment cards.
• Maintains catering facilities and equipment.
• Provides friendly, courteous service.
• Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
• Ensures a safe and clean work environment.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
