Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. Ensures all events during the shift are executed accurately. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions, cleans up, and returns leftover food and equipment timely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered functions.
2. Logs and maintains food temperatures.
3. Arranges tables and decorations.
4. Sets up buffet tables according to standards.
5. Serves food and beverages to guests.
6. Cleans location after events.
7. Returns food, equipment, and utensils to the catering facility.
8. Distributes and collects comment cards.
9. Stocks and maintains catering equipment.
10. Provides friendly, courteous service.
11. Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
12. Ensures a clean and safe work environment.
13. Follows safety and sanitation policies.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.
