SSA Group at the Dallas Zoo is seeking a Catering Associate to assist with events, including setup, serving, bartending, and breakdown. We value open availability as event hours vary.

You will work under the Catering Supervisor and Operations Manager, delivering warm guest experiences, managing setup, service, and teardown, and contributing to smooth banquet operations. This role also offers opportunities for overtime eligibility, meal plans, a 401(k) with company match, and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes (up to 35 lbs).
• Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming guest experiences.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory.
• Fulfill guest needs quickly and resolve complaints.
