Duration: 6+ month contract- 40 hours/weekly

Pay Rate: $30.00-$35.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Support contract execution by adhering to established processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage incentive tracking to ensure timely, budget-compliant execution, while maintaining accurate documentation and providing regular reporting updates.
• Proactively identify operational issues and partner with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned project tasks and deliverables, ensuring completion within defined timelines and goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience.
• Prior experience in creating and implementing operations processes, ideally in a technology company or startup.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel / spreadsheets programs.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and high customer empathy
• Strong ability to multitask and a bias for action.
