Job summary

Revelyst is a collective of makers who design and manufacture performance gear and precision technologies. The Category Merchandising Manager – Simms will own category strategy, line plans, and assortment optimization to drive revenue and margin growth for Simms.

Based in Bozeman, MT, you will collaborate with Product Development, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver the right products at the right time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in merchandising or category management or related consumer product functions.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and assortment planning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of translating consumer and market insights into priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies and seasonal line plans.
• Lead assortment planning and lifecycle management across channels.
• Partner with Product Development, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance.
• Translate insights into product and merchandising priorities and actions.
• Drive pricing, margins, and portfolio optimization to meet targets.
