Job summary

Circle K is seeking a data-driven analyst to support category and merchandise management in Tempe. You will analyze large datasets, assist in vendor communications, and help manage item setup, pricing, and logistics to drive performance.

The role includes planning and executing local promotions, collaborating on pricing, and supporting in-store merchandising—travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, business economics, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Detail-oriented with strong presentation and written/verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Generate, analyze, and draw conclusions from large data to support category management decisions.
• Assist Category and Merchandise Managers with vendor contacts and item setup, pricing, costs, and logistics.
• Plan, track, and execute vendor and sales incentives and local planogram activities.
• Collaborate on promotions, pricing management, and local activities.
• Support in-store merchandising opportunities and travel as needed.
