CATEGORY MANAGER PROBIOTICS & FUNCTIONAL HEALTH INGREDIENTS (m/f/d)

GERMANY, SWITZERLAND & AUSTRIA

Your responsibilities

• Building and developing our product portfolio in the field of probiotics, postbiotics and functional microorganisms
• Identifying new market trends, applications and business opportunities
• Providing technical and commercial support to our sales team
• Managing and developing international supplier partnerships
• Advising our customers on product applications and formulations
• Preparing technical product documentation, presentations and market analyses
• Supporting product launches and go-to-market strategies
• Attending international trade fairs and industry events
• Working closely with sales, procurement, marketing and quality management

Your profile

• Experience in product management, business development, technical sales, procurement or marketing of functional ingredients, food supplements, foodstuffs, pet food or related sectors
• An interest in probiotics, gut health, the microbiome and functional health solutions
• A technical understanding of ingredients and their applications
• Enjoyment of building new product categories and markets
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, independent approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with customers and suppliers
• Excellent command of German and English
• Willingness to travel internationally
