Job summary

Döhler GmbH is seeking a Category Manager for Dry Systems North America to lead growth across the food, beverage, dietary supplement and functional nutrition markets. This role requires a commercially focused professional with technical experience in dry and powder-based products and strong market insight.

Responsibilities include strategy development, lifecycle management, pricing, and profitability, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least five years of experience in product management, business development, technical sales, or applications.
• Technical experience with dry products, powdered formulations, dry blending, premixes, or powder-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy for Döhler’s North America Dry Systems portfolio.
• Manage the full product lifecycle including master data, pricing, documentation, availability, performance and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity and portfolio gaps.
• Partner with sales to support customer meetings, presentations and workshops.
• Collaborate with strategic production partners to ensure capacity, quality and successful commercialization.
• Support applications teams on customer projects involving dry blends and functional ingredient systems.
• Work with marketing to create product collateral, presentations and training materials.
• Establish and manage revenue and profitability objectives for the portfolio.
