Job summary

The Hershey Company is offering a Category Management Intern position in Bentonville, AR. This spring internship runs April 2027–May 2028, with part-time hours during the school year (20–25 hrs/week) and full-time during the summer (40 hrs/week).

You will analyze shopper data, build selling stories, and develop business acumen while supporting Walmart initiatives. Successful interns may interview for full-time retail or analyst roles.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student with GPA ≥ 3.0 (prefers 3.2+).
• Sophomore or Junior as of Spring 2027.
• Majors in Business Admin, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Analytics & Maths preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in student/extracurricular activities.
• Energy and passion for winning.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop category management projects/reports to support Hershey sales goals at Walmart.
• Develop fact-based analysis of customer business trends using data sources.
• Utilize Hershey systems to identify key selling opportunities for Walmart.
• Analyze sales information on key category programs & promotions.
• Identify and develop new processes to enhance the Hershey Advisor Team efficiency.
