Job summary

Mars Snacking Accelerator is seeking a Manager Category Leadership to lead the Walmart Quick Whole Snacks category (Snack & Protein Bars). You will own assortment strategy, shelf flow, and category growth plans, translating insights into merchant-ready recommendations.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will influence senior retailer leadership with data-driven stories, collaborate with Customer Insights and Category Strategy, and help drive long-term category growth for brands like KIND,

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED.
• Strong analytical capability and data interpretation.
• Experience with shopper insights and consumer data.
• Proficiency in syndicated data (Nielsen/Circana/Numerator).
• Loyalty card data and shopper panel experience preferred (Scintilla).
• Experience with space planning software (JDA/Apollo/Spaceman).
• Leadership, decision making, and influencing senior retailers.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
