Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is seeking an analytically minded storyteller to join its Category Insights Team in Rogers, AR. The role blends data analysis with strategic storytelling to guide growth for emerging brands and optimize assortment for Walmart partnerships.

You will develop integrated consumer, shopper and category insights, lead reporting rhythms, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations. Travel is limited (<5%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of business experience in CPG with focus on sales, category management, market research or shopper insights.
• Experience with Walmart/Sam’s Club buying teams is highly valued.
• Syndicated data knowledge with Circana and/or Nielsen is necessary; space planning tools like JDA is a plus.
• Experience with Walmart Scintilla is highly valued.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data resources and insights to build stories that contribute to revenue growth and strategic objectives.
• Develop and cultivate business relationships with Walmart wiring points that reflect KDP as the strategic partner for insights and strategy planning needs
• Develop & deliver integrated consumer, shopper, category and marketplace insights to guide Walmart’s strategic choices.
• Work with KDP teams to establish, lead and maintain performance management routines and reporting cadences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the customer to connect business opportunities and develop solutions.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to recognize issues and opportunities for growth.
• Serve as category expert to sales and cross-functional teams.
