Job summary

ITG Brands, LLC is seeking a Category Insights leader to work with multiple business areas and customers to drive growth strategies. You will own assortment planning, develop category leadership stories, and support wholesale accounts with data-driven insights.

The role requires advanced Power BI and Office skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment. Competitive benefits and salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field and 5+ years related work experience.
• High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years related work experience.
• Category insights in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.
• Syndicated Scan and Panel Data Analysis (IRI, Nielsen, Numerator).
• Space management software (JDA).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from state employed.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Microsoft Teams.
• Retail merchandising and in-store execution strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities

• Identify category growth opportunities and ensure consistent category messages and assortment strategy.
• Develop insights and deploy them across teams.
• Own assortment and space planning in partnership with Sales.
• Lead wholesaler category planning sessions.
• Collaborate to develop Category Leadership Stories.
• Develop joint business partnerships with Field Sales to deliver category reviews.
• Support wholesale, national and independent accounts with ad-hoc insights and dashboards.
• Create compelling sales stories using data and insights.
• Support annual business planning and distribution targets.
