Oliver Winery, a top U.S. winery, seeks a Category Insights Manager to translate complex data into clear retailer stories and unlock growth in national accounts.

You will partner with the National Account Team, identify distribution opportunities, analyze performance gaps, and deliver data-driven category reviews, pricing, and promotional ROI insights, with cross-functional collaboration and travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, Analytics, or Insights.
• Fluency with retail scan data (Nielsen, TABS, IRI/Circana, or equivalent) including item-level, account-level, and market-level analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to build models, dynamic reports, and presentation-ready visuals.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and translate findings into account-specific strategies.
• Size distribution gaps across the Oliver portfolio at target retailers and quantify opportunities in dollars.
• Perform fair share and market indexing analyses to identify under- or over-indexing.
• Analyze root causes of performance gaps and recommend prioritized improvements.
• Deliver actionable insights and SKU-level assortment analyses to support category reviews.
