Job summary

Empire Marketing Strategies is seeking a Category & Supplier Insights Analyst to transform retailer, supplier, shopper, and operational data into actionable insights. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, improve performance, and drive growth across Kroger divisions and other accounts.

You will analyze sales, pricing, and inventory, develop dashboards and reports, and support forecasting and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 1–2 years analytics/CPG/retail experience.
• Experience with Kroger or similar retail accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, margin, pricing, inventory, and category performance.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, reports for leadership.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and vendors to communicate findings.
