Qualifications

• 3-5 years related work experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry including category, competitors and trends.
• Knowledge of syndicated data sources (Circana, Nielsen).
• Customer facing experience and ability to create fact-based selling stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead category management insights and develop plans with retail partners.
• Identify performance gaps in volume, share, price, promotion, and shelf space; implement solutions.
• Establish partnerships with Sales Leaders and Retail Partners for strategic category plans.
• Establish best-practice reporting using syndicated and internal sources.
