An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Category Development Manager to drive the growth of the energy category and enhance brand presence among key retailers. This remote role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and strategy teams to develop data-driven strategies that elevate the category's performance. As a Category Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the energy category and the Celsius brand within targeted, strong regional retailers. This role reports to the Vice President, Category & Insights and involves close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Growth & Strategy teams to create and execute category development strategies. The ideal candidate will use data-driven insights to craft compelling stories that elevate the energy category, strengthen retailer relationships, and advance the company's strategic objectives.
This is a remote role requiring 30%+ travel. Additional consideration will be given to candidates based in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis, or Oklahoma City to better align with customers, role responsibilities, and business objectives. Candidates must reside near a major airport for ease of travel.
$95,000 - $105,000 annually.
The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
