Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Category Support Specialist to oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of product data and item readiness across retail channels. You will verify item attributes, classifications, and pricing to ensure accurate onboarding and smooth store execution.

Collaborate with Category Managers and suppliers to translate strategy into system configurations, perform data analysis with Excel, and maintain compliance with merchandising and logistics requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2+ years of related work experience in merchandising or data management.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy focus.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain item attributes, descriptions, and configurations across systems.
• Coordinate with Category Managers and suppliers to align category strategy with data.
• Validate UPCs, pack sizes, and pricing structures for operational readiness.
• Manage item setup forms and maintenance requests with high accuracy.
• Resolve attribute discrepancies with suppliers and internal partners to meet onboarding timelines.
• Utilize Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis and root-cause analysis.
