Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.
• 3+ years Category Management or Shopper Insights experience.
• Proven success building relationships with retailers.
• Experience analyzing shopper/consumer CP data.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and storytelling.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Circana/Nielsen data, POS and panel data, Scintilla, Atlas planning tools.
• translate insights into actions with data-driven storytelling.
• Strategic mindset and business acumen.
• Travel up to 20-25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of customer specific Category Growth Drivers and content.
• Own shelving and assortment; partner on price/promo.
• Provide insights for JBP, line reviews, and annual sales planning.
• Lead category reviews and executive engagements with key customers.
• Create customer-ready visuals and tools for selling conversations.
• Anchor planning in facts and track promo/innovation effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HQ category leadership and cross-functional teams.
