You will partner with the Senior Category Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights for assortment decisions and new product introductions. The role focuses on analyzing sales performance, vehicle demand trends, and market data to identify opportunities that inform internal planning and customer product

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of category management, analytics, product management, sales support, or related business functions.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, category trends, and vehicle demand drivers to identify growth opportunities and assortment optimization.
• Support development of category reviews, internal business insights, and strategic planning discussions.
• Evaluate pricing, promotions, and competitive positioning across product categories.
• Provide analytical support for new item introductions and product program launches.
• Maintain dashboards and recurring reporting that track category and product performance.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing, and supply chain on category initiatives.
