We believe in the difference we make every single day, and we know that when we work collaboratively, Wellies are unstoppable — not only in providing the best nutrition to pets, but in building a better tomorrow for pets, their parents, and the world.

Our team is based out of our office in Burlington, Massachusetts, where we work in-office Monday through Thursday each week, and remotely on Fridays. Team members must reside within or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance from our Burlington office.

  2. Converting sales information into business intelligence to drive revenue and profit.
  3. Analyzing and validating consumption/POS data to understand consumer and customer trends.
  4. Leading strategic analysis of customer-provided and syndicated data to inform assortment, merchandising, pricing, and shelving decisions, including Plan-o-gram development.
  5. Implementing tools that connect volume and demand at the customer level, such as forecasting, merchandising event planning, and consumption models.
  6. Maintaining item and store segmentation to support Wellness's analytical tools and software.
  7. Assisting in creating tools with sales counterparts to coordinate forecast accuracy.
  8. Supporting weekly reporting and ad hoc analytical needs using various analytical tools.
  9. Leveraging shopper insights to align strategies and drive execution across the Omni Shopping Environment.

We seek individuals who:

  • Always start with the consumer.
  • Are dedicated to doing it right the first time.
  • Bring their best every day.
  • Have an “all-in” mindset.
  • Embrace challenges proactively.
  • Own their outcomes.
  • Give back to their community.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with syndicated data sources like IRI, Nielsen, and customer POS data.
  • Ability to manage large data sets across multiple platforms.
  • Skill in translating data into actionable plans.
  • Experience performing sales ROI analyses.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel (SUMIFS, Pivot tables).
