Position Type:

Seasonal / Part-Time & Full-Time Hours Available– Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

Note: This is a serving-only role – no bartending or pouring required.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide professional, attentive cocktail service in a high-volume bar/lounge environment

• Take and deliver accurate drink orders (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) with urgency and care

• Work closely with bartenders to ensure smooth and timely drink delivery

• Maintain a clean, organized section and help reset tables as needed

• Suggest specials and upsell premium beverage options

• Ensure all guests feel welcomed, attended to, and satisfied

• Follow alcohol service guidelines and hotel policies for age verification and guest safety

• Handle POS transactions quickly and accurately, including tip tracking and room charges
