Addison Group in Philadelphia is seeking a skilled Catastrophic Injury Paralegal to support one of its senior attorneys on a long-term contract-to-hire basis. You will handle the full litigation cycle—from pretrial preparation and discovery through trial support, closing, and settlements.

The position offers a stable, professional environment with the potential for long-term growth and conversion to a permanent role. ASAP start and 4 days on-site with 1 hybrid day per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plaintiff catastrophic litigation paralegal experience.
• Proficiency with Pennsylvania e-filing systems.
• Experience with case management software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Manage discovery and trial preparation materials.
• Organize and summarize medical records.
• Coordinate scheduling, calendaring, and e-filing in Pennsylvania courts.
• Conduct legal research and maintain case files.
