Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Case Manager interested in working with injured workers and worker’s compensation cases to cover the Little Rock area. This is a home-based, field role involving travel up to 2 hours one way to doctors' offices, hospitals, and other locations. The individual will be responsible for the medical case management of work-related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals. The Case Manager collaborates with insurance carriers, medical providers, attorneys, employers, and employees, closely monitoring the injured worker's progress and reporting results back to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in AR.
• Experience in worker’s compensation catastrophic case management, including critical care, catastrophic injuries, or disability management.
• Clinical experience with brain injury, spinal cord injury, trauma, or burns is preferred.
• Certifications such as CCM, CRRN, CDMS are recommended and required within 2 years of hire.
• Flexibility to work outside traditional hours if needed.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technological skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
