We are seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover the San Francisco, Daly City, CA, and surrounding areas. This is a home-based role involving travel up to 2 hours one-way to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and other locations. The individual will manage medical casework for work-related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals. The Case Manager collaborates with insurance carriers, medical providers, attorneys, employers, and employees, monitoring progress and reporting results to employers and insurance carriers.
