Texas Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee daily claim processing for catastrophic-injury cases, aligning with Texas WC Act and DWC rules. You will manage personnel, equipment, facilities, and budgets to support the division's goals.

The role requires a high school diploma, Texas workers' comp or all-lines adjuster's license, and at least five years in adjusting workers' compensation claims (Texas preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Texas workers' compensation or all lines adjuster's license is required.
• At least five years of experience in adjusting workers' compensation claims (Texas preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the daily operations of claim processing in accordance with the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act, rules of the DWC, and internal procedures.
• Provide guidance to staff regarding claim handling and desired outcomes.
• Recruit, retain, coach and mentor employees.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of division goals and objectives, policies, standards, procedures and budgets.
