The ideal candidate has 5+ years of actuarial experience in property pricing, strong CAT modeling knowledge (Verisk, Moody's) and advanced SQL/Python/R skills, with the ability to translate analytics into actionable business guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of actuarial experience in property pricing.
• Expertise in catastrophe modeling platforms (Verisk, Moody’s) and CAT risk concepts.
• Proven experience integrating CAT modeling into pricing and portfolio decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Python/R).

Responsibilities

• CAT Pricing Strategy & Ownership: Develop and execute catastrophe pricing strategy across key perils and geographies.
• Analytics & Modeling Integration: Translate CAT model outputs into pricing metrics and underwriting guidance; develop pricing loads and segmentation.
• Portfolio & Risk Management: Monitor CAT accumulation, analyze rate adequacy and profitability, support portfolio optimization decisions.
