Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking an Actuary, Cat Pricing to lead the CAT pricing strategy for major perils across geographies.

The role blends model outputs with underwriting objectives in a hybrid work setting based in multiple offices including New York, Warren, Stamford or Philadelphia. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of actuarial experience in property pricing, strong CAT modeling experience (Verisk/ Moody's) and advanced SQL or Python/R analytics skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of actuarial experience in property pricing.
• Expertise in catastrophe modeling platforms (Verisk, Moody's) and CAT risk concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Python/R).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute catastrophe (CAT) pricing strategy across key perils and geographies.
• Translate catastrophe model outputs into actionable pricing metrics and underwriting guidance.
• Monitor CAT accumulation, rate adequacy, profitability, and CAT return metrics.
• Support portfolio optimization decisions with pro forma analyses based on limits, attachment points, deductibles, and sublimits.
