Job summary

SeatGeek seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the Catalog—the foundational data layer powering every event, seat map, and attribute across the platform.

You'll translate complex domain knowledge into scalable data products, partnering with engineering, analytics, and operations to deliver accurate, fresh catalog data and drive downstream experiences for fans and partners.

You will mentor junior team members and help shape product culture in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in marketplace/platform/data contexts.
• Experience owning foundational data or catalog products with emphasis on accuracy and freshness.
• Ability to design systems in ambiguous domains and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the catalog vision and strategy, delivering accurate, complete, and fresh live data representations.
• Improve catalog coverage and freshness, reducing gaps and errors to boost fan trust.
• Blend user, data, and domain knowledge to define feature ideas like views, maps, and enrichment.
• Design tooling and processes with operations to ingest and maintain catalog data at scale.
• Partner with analytics to define metrics for catalog health and build dashboards to monitor them.
• Advocate for Catalog across the company and collaborate with PMs across the shopping funnel.
• Stay ahead of AI/ML opportunities to automate ingestion, matching, and enrichment.
• Mentor junior product team members and contribute to product culture and best practices.
