Create Music Group is seeking a Catalog Migration Manager to lead catalog migrations from M&A and Distribution into our proprietary system. You will manage intake, staging, validation, and DSP delivery to ensure seamless catalog transitions across platforms.

The role requires 4+ years in digital music distribution, strong metadata skills, cross-team coordination, and excellent communication. You will track projects, report status to stakeholders, and help optimize migration workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in digital music distribution or catalog migrations.
• Solid knowledge of DSP metadata style guides and distribution.
• Experience managing multiple catalog migrations and complex metadata.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive catalogues from M&A and distribution teams and confirm scope.
• Load and organize metadata/assets in internal distribution software.
• Validate metadata/assets against DSP/style guidelines; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate across business and operational teams to close gaps.
• Deliver validated catalogues to DSPs ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Track each acquisition from start to finish in project software.
• Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Help develop and refine catalogue migration best practices.
