Job summary

Create Music Group is seeking an experienced Catalog Migration Manager to propel new catalog acquisitions from M&A through distribution across DSPs. You will manage intake, staging, validation, and delivery of catalogs, ensuring metadata accuracy and timely campaigns.

You'll coordinate with multiple teams, track progress, and contribute to best-practice improvements while maintaining superb stakeholder communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital music distribution or catalog migrations at a distributor.
• Understanding of DDEX standards and DSP metadata guides.
• Experience handling complex metadata and multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficient in analyzing and constructing spreadsheets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage multiple catalog acquisitions from M&A and distribution teams.
• Load and organize metadata/assets in internal distribution software.
• Validate metadata against DSP guidelines and fix discrepancies.
• Coordinate across business teams to keep migrations moving.
• Deliver catalog data to DSPs with accurate metadata and assets.
• Track progress in internal project software for multiple migrations.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and improve processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
